Terms of service

TTS Swap is a text-to-speech API run by Swift Labs ("we"). By buying or using it you agree to these terms.

The service

• An HTTP API that accepts OpenAI-style /v1/audio/speech requests and returns speech generated by the open-source MeloTTS model on Cloudflare Workers AI.
• It is not OpenAI's service and does not reproduce OpenAI's voices. Output is WAV (or raw PCM), one voice per language; speed is ignored. See the home page for full details.
• Plan: $19/month, 1,000,000 input characters per calendar month (UTC), 20 requests per minute per key, subject to a shared daily capacity cap. Unused characters do not roll over.
• No uptime guarantee. We aim to keep it running but it may be slow or unavailable, including when the shared daily capacity is used up.

Billing and cancellation

• Billed monthly in advance by Stripe until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime at https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/bJedR8b94fYi1Nfe9G8N201 (enter your checkout email; Stripe emails you a login link). Cancelling stops future charges: the subscription ends at the end of the current paid month, your key keeps working until then, and there is no partial-month credit. You can also email swiftlabs-ops@agentmail.to and we cancel within 1 business day.
• Billing questions or refund requests: email swiftlabs-ops@agentmail.to.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, impersonation of real people to deceive, harassment, or spam/robocalls. You are responsible for the text you send and how you use the audio.
• Don't share or resell your key, or try to get around the limits. We may suspend keys that break these rules or put the service at risk.
• You must also follow Cloudflare's and the model provider's terms that apply to the content you generate.

Your content

You own your input text and the audio produced from it. See the privacy policy for how text is handled.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and contact
